The Golden Chariot Train is a high-class practice run by the
government of Karnataka and the secretary of state for railways in the south

TERMS & CONDITIONS for Golden Chariot Train
Booking Process:
• We
require Names/Nationality/Date of beginning of all the travellers with
recommended time period of journey to process booking
• Your
Reservations will be verified on invoice of lowest 25% of tour amount
• Balance/Full
quantity must be obtained before 35 times of tour leave.
• All
reservation demand received<35 times before tour leave, will be verified on
invoice of once complete tour quantity down payment.
• E-Tickets
will be released on invoice of Ticket details of all travelers viz.
Name/Nationality/Date of beginning /Passport No./ Place & Date of Issue of
passport.
• Saloon
name/cabin number will be allocated at duration of check-in

Cancellation Conditions - Golden Chariot Train:
A. All
termination must be made in writing
B. Minimum
termination fee of 20% on complete tour quantity, if turned off more than 35
times before tour depart
C. Minimum
50% of complete tour quantity, will be billed as termination fee, if turned off
between 20 to 34 times before tour depart
D. Full 100%
of tour quantity, will be billed as termination fee, if turned off less than 19
times before tour depart
E. Request
for modify in Name OR Post ponement of trip time period, controlled by
termination rules
F. Non
invoice of transaction as per transaction plan, controlled by termination rules
G. No
Show/Refusal to board practice tour or continue trip is non refundable
H. The
Fantastic Chariot Train is managed by KSTDC(Tourism Division of Karnataka State
Government) & Responsibility of Elegant Native Indian Teaches is restricted
to that of reservation broker only.
I. Disputes,
if any, subject to areas of legal courts of New Delhi, Native Indian only.
